Fortuitously, he experienced a video recording unit (a large amount of batteries) and plenty of know-how to edit and article this video to the Consumerist Blog.

The similar way, I believed of running a blog my very last excursion to Barcelona (with a relationship in Rome) it was an Alitalia flight prepared at 7pm from Wonderful. The flight was delayed, re-scheduled at 11:45pm, then delayed again to ultimately be cancelled all around 1h20am. My flight eventually bought scheduled 24 several hours later on. It got cancelled two times! Soon after the 1st cancellation, a voice promptly arrived out of the airport speakers saying:

Airplane on tarmac

“We will consider to restore the airplane with the enable of Air France’ staff Alitalia professionals will be sending guidelines by mobile phone from Rome to the specialists located at Good airport, so they can fix the airplane.”

Priceless! I twittered it but regrettably I did not have any great audio or video recording equipment to file this.

We all have our own stories of poor luck even though traveling, but many thanks to the Internet 2. user produced content, clients are now capable of having a around the world audience to denounce lousy (or fantastic) comercial practices. Airways much too, need to care about what they say to their buyers and how they take care of them as facts is spreading speedy, otherwise it will be released on hundreds of blogs (which includes the well known weblog of Robert Scoble) …
